The historic Paramount Film Exchange building offers 4,256 SF of flexible, workspace ideal for teams requiring a private floor. The Paramount Film Exchange is an adaptive reuse of the historically preserved Paramount Film Distribution hub. The first-floor common space accommodates up to 50 people for a networking environment and features a large drop-down screen and overhead projector with wireless access.
The space also includes four conference rooms, two general seating areas, two kitchens, ADA accessible bathrooms, and two floors of office space.
